Notice to all Pilot Club members,

Please note that the Club has shutdown, today, Friday the 26th of June 2009. Should you wish to extract logbook listings, or any other submitted materials that the Club has stored for you please contact Dave Tidwell by the usual means.

The Club has limped along with extremely limited success since 2002 - making it 7 years old this year! The cost of maintaining the club privately compounded by the lack of use and interest in the Club has unfortunately triggered its demise. Note, the Club server cost over $1200 a year in rack space and internet fees; which became simply unjustifyable given that it was largely unused. It has collected over 700 members in its time; but even that number was insufficient to create the momentum needed for success. If you are one of those very few regular attendees as the Club then I offer you my personal best wishes for the future; and thanks for your interest in the Club over the last few years.
